You can cancel your order as long as the payment to Gigaset has not been completed. This is not a problem in case you choose advanced payment as the payment method. Experience has shown that all other payment methods are processed very quickly, so you can only cancel your order shortly after it has been placed. If this is no longer possible in the user account, you can contact our customer service.
