In case you have received a damaged or wrong item, you can return it free of charge.
If you have a user account, please login. Under the "My orders" tab you find your orders listed. By selecting the option "Return article" and entering the required data, you will receive a return voucher by email, which you should attach to the package. Then, bring the package to a UPS shop. You find the nearest UPS shop in your area here.
If you have ordered as a guest, please create a user account first with the e-mail address you have used to order. Otherwise, your order cannot be assigned to the user account. After confirming the verification e-mail you have successfully created a user account.
Either your order is now already displayed in the user account. Or you need to synchronize your order with the account. To do that, please select the button for adding past orders, which you received in a separate email. You will then be redirected to the Gigaset Online Shop, which completes the synchronization.
To initiate the return process, please proceed as described above.
Once the return has been completed and the goods have arrived in the warehouse, the refund of the purchase amount will be initiated automatically. Afterwards, please order the desired article again at www.gigaset.com.
