You carry out the order to delete your account yourself.

To do so, please open the website and log in with your data.


  • After you have logged in, click on your system name at the top and select [Edit profile].
  • On the next page, select the [Profile] menu item on the left-hand side. 
  • Click on the 3 dots next to [Account - Edit Profile] and select [Delete Account].
  • Confirm the request and the account will be deleted.


Before doing so, please make sure that the Smart Home base and/or the Gigaset camera are no longer connected to your Gigaset elements account.

Please do this first in the Gigaset elements app under [Elements]. Click the Smart Home base and the Gigaset camera and remove the devices via the recycle bin. You can then delete the Gigaset elements account as described above.
