As with any WLAN camera, the Gigaset camera requires a stable connection with sufficient bandwidth and no interference from other devices. 

If the WLAN  connection is interrupted, the Gigaset camera protects itself and logs off. This may seem like a failure, but it serves as a system warning of the loss of connection. In this case, a brief restart of the Gigaset camera will provide a quick remedy. To do this, please disconnect the Gigaset camera from the power supply for 30 seconds.
