If a "Suspicion of intrusion!" is displayed in your event list but there is no video recording of it, it may be because your upload speed is too low. The camera needs approx. 2Mbps upload, as the camera sends the video data directly to the Gigaset Cloud. With two or more cameras, more upload is needed accordingly.
What is the reason that the camera does not always record during Homecoming or Alarm?
