Smart Call Block (SCB) not available despite subscription renewal

In rare cases, after renewing an SCB subscription, the SCB function may not be selectable in the base.


To retrigger the data synchronization of the subscription data to the cloud, please go to the Elements app and remove the SCB base.

Afterwards simply add it again.


Important notice!


The SCB service is currently only available on the German and Swiss country versions of the GO-Box.

You can recognise the country variant of your Go-Box by the type designation on the bottom.


Example:

S30852-S2625-B101-2 

S30852-S2625-C101-2


In this example, the abbreviation B101 defines the country variant for Germany, C101 represents variants for Switzerland.
