Notes: 

  • Compatible with the Gigaset elements system is currently only the NUKI Smart Lock 3.0, not the NUKI Smart Lock 3.0 pro, as NUKI has not included the 3.0 pro in its bridge API. For information: the NUKI Smart Lock 3.0 has a separate bridge, while the bridge for the NUKI Smart Lock 3.0 pro is integrated in the NUKI door lock.


  • Make sure that in the Nuki app under "Bridge Settings" the two items "API Quick Discovery" and "HTTP API" are activated. (see screenshot on the right)
  • Read the instructions carefully when adding the NUKI. (picture 1 below) - Especially the sentence "Afterwards press "Next" and after about 3 seconds briefly press the Nuki Bridge button".
