If your camera image has a purple tint, it means that the blocking filter used to switch the camera in and out of night mode is stuck. To fix this, you need to reset the camera to factory settings and then set it up in your account as if it were a new device. Proceed as follows:
First delete the Gigaset smart camera from your elements account. You can do this directly in the elements app. To do this, go to [Elements] → Gigaset smart camera → tap the recycle bin to remove it. After you have removed the Gigaset camera, reset your camera:

After the reset, you can reinstall the camera in the elements app. If after re-setup the image is still pink, please contact our customer service
Attention: Before resetting the camera, please make sure you download any video clips you want to keep.
