If a "Suspicion of burglary!" is displayed in your event list but there is no video recording of it, it may be because your upload speed (not download speed) is too low. The camera needs approx. 2Mbps upload, as the camera sends the video data directly to the Gigaset Cloud. With two or more cameras, more upload is required accordingly.
To check how much upload your internet provider provides you, you can do a "speed test" with your smartphone, computer or tablet (but on the same network as the camera). You can do this, for example, with an app or in the Google search (simply enter "Speedtest").
