Do you often receive burglar alarms when you are "at home"?

Even if you are at home and the "alarm system" is switched off, someone may still break into your house.
For this reason, the door/universal sensors are equipped with the "drill" function.
They recognise vibrations if the burglar tries to drill the lock open with a drill, for example.
However, it is also possible that the door or window is vibrated by other influences, e.g. wind or a passing lorry, inadvertently detecting "drilling" and triggering an alarm.

In this case, the sensitivity of the sensor must be set to "low" or, if this does not help, "Drill" must be switched off completely.
  • To do this, go to the sensor settings and set the "Sensitivity" to low or, if necessary, " Drilling" to "Off". (see screenshot on the right)
