If the Desk800A only rings twice on incoming calls - no active answering machine and no call divert rules - The settings for incoming calls have to be changed.
Please do the following steps:
- Press menu button
- Enter "1"
- Enter # 6 (The display should now show 1 # 6 5
- Enter "8"
- Press menu button again
