View and update Gigaset HX handset firmware version

If you want to find out which firmware is currently on your Gigaset HX handset, proceed as follows:

• Menu → Settings → System → Handset update
• Current version
• Confirm with "OK"
• You will now see the current firmware version of your Gigaset HX handset

If you want to update the firmware now, this can be easily done in three steps:

• Menu → Settings →  System →  Handset update
• Refresh
• Confirm with "OK" to start the download

Important notice: If you use your handset on a base station that is not from Gigaset, these functions may not be available.
