If your handset does not show missed calls the reason for this may be found in:
- The handset is not registered to its original Gigaset base station
- The handset is registered to a third party base station or a router with lower compatibility
- The caller does not send CLIP information
We advice you always to use the original Gigaset base station the handset came with. This gives you the full compatibility for all functions of your phone.
If you - for any reason - want to register a handset directly to a router with Dect/CAT-iq capatibility, please take a closer look to our Gigaset HX devices. These handsets are developed to work perfect with Dect/CAT-iq 2.0/2.1 routers.
