The end of a product’s life cycle consists of two phases:
- End of sales for the product across the entire market (EoS – End of Sales)
- End of support from Gigaset (EoL – End of Life)
As a rule, support from Gigaset ends three years after the product’s end of sales.
End of support means that technical assistance, repairs and spare parts will no longer be provided. The device can, generally still be used.
