Warranty:

We grant a voluntary warranty for a period of up to 24 months.

The details of this guarantee are explained below.



 1. What warranty conditions apply to my Gigaset phone or Gigaset repeater?


Our Gigaset phones, Gigaset repeaters and associated power supply units are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Wearing parts such as batteries, belt clips, battery compartment covers, wall mounts, etc. are covered by a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase.


Our warranty service covers all technically caused defects.

Defects caused by falling, impact, moisture, external influences or improper handling are excluded from the warranty.

2. What warranty conditions apply to my Gigaset smartphone?


Our Gigaset smartphones, charging cables and power adapters are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.

For wear parts such as back covers, book cases, resistant protective covers, etc., a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase applies.


Warranty on batteries:


  • Fixed batteries: 24 months from purchase
  • Removable batteries (smartphone model series up to and including 2019): Six months from purchase
  • Replaceable batteries (smartphone model series from 2020): 12 months from purchase


Our warranty covers all technically caused defects.

Defects caused by falling, impact, moisture, external influences or improper handling are generally excluded from the warranty.

3 months free coverage against breakage and moisture damage:

Simply report the damage within 90 days of purchase and return the defective device with the shipping label provided. We will inspect the damage and return your repaired smartphone free of charge if the claim is legitimate. Inspection, repair, and return shipping happen the same day in most cases, so you only have to do without your smartphone for a few days. For devices older than three months, the above warranty conditions apply.
