Error description

The incoming call is signaled audibly, but it is not shown on the display and you cannot answer it.


If you are using a device with Android 11, 12 or 13, please clear the phone app memory to fix this error. After that, the incoming calls should be displayed again.


If you are using a GS195LS with the Elderly software, please also check the notification settings of the phone app.
