Error description

The incoming call is signaled audibly, but it is not shown on the display and you cannot answer it.

If you are using a device with Android 13, 14 or 15, please clear the phone app memory to fix this error. After that, the incoming calls should be displayed again.

If you are using a GS195LS with the Elderly software, please also check the notification settings of the phone app.

1. Open the settings.
2. Click "Apps & notifications“.	3. Open the app overview via the "See all apps" button.	4. Select the phone app.
5. Click "Storage and cache“.	6. Click "Clear Storage“.	7. Confirm with "Delete“.
