QuickSync does not find my handset

For synchronising contacts with sources mentioned in our service portal, the handset has to be connected to the computer using bluetooth a Micro-USB-datacable. For firmware updates using a Micro-USB-datacable is mandatory and can't be started using bluetooth.


If your computer does not find your handset, it is most common that you are using a charging cable instead of a datacable. Please get a Micro-USB datacable for synchronising your contacts.


Please note that the further development of QuickSync has been discontinued and Windows versions after Windows 10 are no longer supported.
