Thanks to our satisfaction guarantee, you have a 90‑day return right from the date of purchase for the Gigaset GS6 and Gigaset GS6 PRO. To make use of this, please send the completed return form together with your smartphone and the purchase receipt to the address listed in the return form. If your claim is valid, we will refund the full purchase price to the bank account you provided within 7 days.
Please take note of the following information:
- Parcels without sufficient postage cannot be accepted.
- Personalized smartphones are excluded from the return.
- Without a purchase receipt, or in the event of partial or complete destruction of the device, no refund can be issued.
