The following points of the service promise apply to the GX4 PRO and GX6 PRO:


The GX4 PRO / GX6 PRO service promise includes the quality label “Made in Germany” as well as a 24‑month manufacturer's warranty and 12 months warranty on the battery. Additionally, you benefit from a repair service for breakage and moisture damage in the first three months – fast and uncomplicated directly at Gigaset in Bocholt or in our service centers in Germany. This ensures you are well protected in the event of damage and will have your smartphone back in your hands in no time.

-12 months battery warranty


-3 months free protection against breakage and moisture damage:

Thanks to the Gigaset service promise: Simply report the breakage damage within 90 days of purchase directly to Gigaset customer service and send the defective device back using the provided shipping label. We will inspect the damage and, if the claim is legitimate, send your repaired smartphone back to you free of charge. Inspection, repair, and return shipment are carried out in most cases on the same day, so you will only have to do without your smartphone for a few days.
