IP BASE - My provider has no listed profile

If your VoIP provider is not listed in the profile list does not mean that it is uncompatible to your device. 


However, no tests interoperation tests were done by Gigaset or the Provider.


In this case you have to activate the "Manual configuration" button for entering the SIP credentials you were given by your provider. However, we can't support you where to put the credentials or with issues regarding unsuccesful registering.


We can't guarantee that the manual configuration will lead to a working line connection.
