BasicLine IP is using the central phonebook of the base station as default phone directory.
The central phonebook does not offer the possibility to setup a VIP caller melody for certain entries.
However, if your handset is capable of VIP caller melody, you can use the handset functionality for it.
An entry into the handset phonebook ist required. To open the handset phonebook, just press the phonebook button of the handset for a couple of minutes.
You can now enter a local entry and assign a VIP caller melody to it. Just follow the handset instruction manual.
