Our QuickSync application only supports the 32-bit version of Outlook 2016 on Windows 10.
Since Microsoft itself recommends most users with corresponding compatibility problems not to install a 64-bit version, a corresponding adjustment will not follow in the short term.

We therefore recommend that you install the 32-bit version of Outlook 2016 and proceed as follows:
