MicroSIP is a free windows SIP client that can be downloaded for free from the internet. Using this 3rd party software is completely on your own risk. Gigaset is not responsible for any issues that occur using the software.
This article is only for showing the necessary configuration for using ION with its keys within MicroSIP.
Before installing and using MicroSIP make sure to install the latest ION drivers (Link).
After installing MicroSIP please alter your configuration according the following screenshot.
Make sure to use speakerphone for incoming and outgoing audio. Checkmark the headset-support button.
