The language of the answering machine is bound to the language of the webinterface. If your webinterface is set to English you will hear english messages. If set to German you will hear German messages.
To change the language log in to the webinterface of your IP BASE and click to the language abbreviaton in the upper right corner of the screen.
A popup will appear where you can choose your wanted language. After a few seconds the voice files are switched to the selected language.
Please make sure that the base station has a free connection to the internet while downloading the voice files from our Gigaset server.
