My device is not working. What are the next steps?

At Gigaset, we stand for quality you can rely on. And your baby monitor is an indispensable companion. However, if your device is defective, we offer you our Gigaset exchange service: You will receive a free replacement device immediately, even before you have to send the defective device back. So you won't be without a baby monitor for a moment - your little one will be protected around the clock.

 

How do I initiate an exchange?


Call us by phone at the local rate (02871-912912),  use our contact form or send us an e-mail (support@gigaset.com). Please have your proof of purchase ready for further processing.

 

How long does it take until I receive a replacement device?


Replacement devices are usually dispatched on the same day (Monday - Friday). Delivery is made as a standard parcel.


Do I have to pay shipping costs?


No. The shipping costs are borne by Gigaset. To return the defective device, please use the return label from our shipping service provider. You have already received this by e-mail when you reported the defect.

 

What has to be returned?


The defective devicehas to be returned complete (parent device, baby device, 2 x power supply units, accessories (wall bracket, batteries, battery compartment cover), if possible in the original packaging.

 

Is there a deadline for returning the device?


Please return the defective device using the return label provided by Gigaset within 14 days of receiving the replacement device.

 

What happens if the device is not returned within the deadline or not returned at all?


If a device is not returned or not returned within the deadline, we reserve the right to charge for the device.
